Top Webs List

[1]. RANKING: Top Blog List ranks the Blogs by the number of visits and votes. The button code we provide is the way we use to track the visits and votes of your Weblog. For your Blog to get a good ranking, more exposition and increased traffic you must put the button code somewhere in your Blog Template. We highly recommend that you put the Button in a visible place, that way the code track all your visits and you get more chance of being voted by your visitors.

All inactive Blogs (without a Tracking button) will be automatically deleted from the list every two weeks.

We only list blogs, so every non-blog site will be removed from the list. To list your website go to TopWebs.

[2].CHEATING: Any kind of cheating is against the rules. That is fraudulently generating votes. This includes but is not limited to java script alerts, hit bots, directing traffic to the list from sources other than the site on which our return link is located. If we determine that you are cheating your site will be blacklisted and removed!
[3]. TOPICAL: Your Blog must be related to the appropriate category chosen for it.
[4]. NAME & DESCRIPTION: The name that you enter when joining and that appears on the list has to be related to your Blog content. Your description must be brief (no more than 200 characters) and NOT BE ALL CAPS. Blogs without title and description will be deleted automatically from the list.
[5]. ILLEGAL CONTENT: We do not list Blogs with illegal content or that allude to any illegal content. No Blog  with pornography, underage, bestiality, hatred, racism, violence or any other questionable material will be listed. Such sites will be deleted and permanently banned from the list. 
[6]. MULTIPLE BUTTONS: Under no circumstance will the supplied Top Blog voting button  appear on the same page twice. There is a maximum limit of one button per page.
[7]. CODE TAMPERING: Under no circumstances will the code supplied to allow impression checking and statistic collection be tampered with or changed with out consent.
